    Campus Visit Hiatus

    Grinnell College recognizes the global implications of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, and we understand that it is a quickly evolving situation. Our highest priority is for the health and well-being of everyone affected by COVID-19.
    We take seriously our mission to support, and contribute to, the common good. As such, Grinnell College has announced several precautionary measures to respond to COVID-19. These measures include the cancellation of sponsored on-campus visits for prospective students. Campus tours, information sessions, overnight stays, and class visits have been suspended for now and we are unable to accommodate walk-in visitors. The hiatus will be in effect through May 2020.

    This is a very difficult decision, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. The Offices of Admission and Student Financial Services remain available to to answer your questions by email and phone. Additionally, we will be hosting more events via online forums to share details about the traditions and close community that define Grinnell College.     We’re excited to welcome your student group to campus! To request a group visit, please complete and submit the form below. Please request your visit at least two weeks in advance.
