Fall Preview Day

Our Fall Preview Day is a wonderful time to visit Grinnell College and explore the Grinnell community!

We have planned a half-day of activities including opportunities to speak with faculty members, administrators, and current students. For additional details, please see the tentative schedule.

Beginning at 8:30 a.m., the visit day will include the following activities:

• Welcome to Grinnell from the Vice President for Enrollment at 8:30 a.m.
• A panel on teaching, learning, and research led by a faculty member and current students at 9 a.m.
• Campus tours led by current students at 10 a.m. 
• Current student panel at 11:15 a.m. 
• Complimentary lunch with current students in the Marketplace Dining Hall at noon
• Class Visits throughout the day
• Presentation by the Center for Careers, Life, and Service at 1 p.m. (optional)

Additional optional activities for seniors only:

• Admission interviews throughout the day 
• Financial aid appointments throughout the day
• Overnight stay with a current student on Sunday, October 13

Registration for the program will close on Tuesday, October 8 at 12 p.m. If the deadline has passed, we welcome students to walk-in on Monday morning to register and check-in for the program.
