We're excited to invite you to this virtual program hosted by the Office of Admission! Whether you're deep into your college search or just looking to learn more about your very first college, we've designed a virtual program just for you! During the course of the afternoon, you'll get an overview of Grinnell's uniquely personalized academic program, learn more about community life at a small, residential liberal arts college, and hear tips from the experts on navigating the college admission and financial aid process. All sessions are optional; please come and go as you please. Prospective students and their families are welcome at all sessions and are encouraged to bring questions! This program will be hosted on Zoom and will include the following (please note that all times are in U.S. Central Time):
Welcome: Hear opening remarks from Joe Bagnoli, Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admission & Financial Aid (2–2:05 p.m.)
A Day in the Life — How Academics and Community Come Together: Learn more about our community, our individualized curriculum, life in the residence halls, and what students do for fun (2:05–2:50 p.m.)
Tips from the Experts on the College Search: Join the director of admission and the assistant VP for enrollment for practical advice on finding a good college fit and a review of Grinnell's admission process and financial aid policies (3-3:50 p.m.)
Stroll through Campus: Take an optional live student-led tour of Grinnell College and the town of Grinnell (4–4:45 p.m.)
